Portland, OR and Oregonians have come together to buy solar roof panels in bulk to reduce their energy costs. The Energy Trust of Oregon is working in conjunction with NW Natural (a gas company in Oregon) in Clark County of Washington State, which opened Oct 1, 2009 for gas customers.
